We recently attended Florida Motorcoach Association’s (FMA) summer meeting and it was a great success! The meeting brought together members of the Florida motorcoach community and we were able to share industry best practices while getting insightful information from presenters like Ourbus – a company that’s transforming the bus industry with low cost routes to historically underserved areas across major US cities.
We participated in a panel discussion about technology’s role in creating new business and shared examples of how we’re helping operators around the world improve business processes, increase sales and better serve customers through the use of our reservations and ticketing platform. Betterez VP and Head of Sales, Mike Van Horn, took part in the panel discussion and gave an overview of how our cloud-based technology – and modern technology in general – can help create partnerships and new business opportunities for the bus industry.
